A pair of leather boots rested on a table while a pair of hands were linked behind the chestnut hair. The pale skin glowed in the near darkness, and the eyeteeth of the man rested on his lower lip. He was waiting for some company in this lonely castle. But he was having no problem being by himself. he decided quickly that if no one came, he would go exploring.

"Oh well, I guess no one is coming," the pale man sighed to himself. Gracefully he removed his boots from the table and he stood up. The clothes he was wearing were a pair of leather breeches, and a flowing white shirt that rustled slightly with each movement.
Often he had tried to stay hidden, but he had found quickly that the blood of the human race was required if he planned to live longer than one century. He shook his head and the chestnut tresses fell in place around his visage. They looked to be sunstreaked, but they were not. Since he never set foot out in the sun, they were bleached into his hair. He started towards the door so he could exit the sitting room, when he stopped and turned around.
His face broke into a large grin and he walked toward the bookcases. He looked at the book titles and found various names. Some were labeled A guide to the Human Behaviors, Rapiers: the technique of fighting, and History of the Blood Feuds. Keegan laughed and then he tried to take out the guide. It was full of stuff that his kind already knew. He raised his head from the book as he heard footsteps walking the stone floor.
He decided to follow the sound and see what he could find.
(sorry about the book titles...couldn't think of anything..)

A female moved quickly through the castle, looking around. She looked to be about 20, but was much older, ateaste 200 or so. Her long black/purple hair swayed as she broke into a run. Shet hought she had heard someone else in here and really didn't need another enemy at the moment. She soon hid by a wall. She wasn't very frightened or anything, but she didn't know who it was, friend or foe? Male or female? Killer or not? Human or vampire? She sighed as she sat down. She had been exploring and if this was a foe, she wouldn't let them take her by surprise.

His ears picked up the slight sound of footsteps running, and he decided he didn't want to take any chances on being caught unawares. He did an unthinkable thing and called out,"Who is walking in this castle?"
He then stood in the hallway and waited for an answer.

Dawn took a deep breath and stood. Why should she fear him? She was queen of the physical vampires. She slowly walked to where the voice had came. She stopped in front of the man. "I am Dawn. Queen of Physical Vampires. Who might you be?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

A brow arched gracefully as the man looked at the Queen with curosity.
"Hello," he said cautiously.
Then he realized she was waiting for his name, and he swept a bow.
"My name is Keegan,physical vampire," he told her and he smiled when he stood back up.

Dawn nodded. "Pleased to meet you." she siad. She looked around and looked in a mirror. "I hate this gown if I wear it too much. Maybe I should go change into my modern clothes." she muttered. She looked back to Keegan. "Did you like looking around the castle? It's big and boring, just so you know." she said as she grimaced.

Dawn nodded. "Well, if you want to continue exploring that is fine. I'll come along if you like."s eh said. She looked at the book shelf. 'So that's what he was looking at....' she thought.

Eclipse walked up to them with quik confident strides she looked at the queen"hey whats up?" Eclipse wiped her mouth and begain to play with her hair "I'm hungry anyone want to go out for a hunt?" Eclipse was very young and eager to prove her self but one of her not so charming qualitys was that she was very impateint
